So, we'll need to address the keeper potential of NA players as well. I think a good system might be to allow a player who is still listed as NA when the season ends to be able to be kept (using one of the five keeper slots) at the end of the draft in 2015, and in the 14th round for the following 2 seasons (in this case, 2016 and 2017). I've added a few other potential ideas, from applying the same rules as other FA keepers, to moving the keeper spot down onw round in order to make room for other possible FA keepers in the 14th round.
