3rd owner needed for a potential trade

I have been talking to James (Bomb) about a trade, but there are some problems in making it work without a third party. We need someone to step in, so if there is anyone interested, please let us know.



The trade proposal that would affect the third manager is as following


-Your 3rd round pick, for James' 4th round pick (4.3) and 1 keeper from the players we are not keeping. I have Jim Johnson that can be kept in 21st round this year that I feel is the best offer. However, anyone else, like Bogaerts is game from my side, and I think James has no issues giving up any of his other non-keepers (will have to wait for him to confirm).
Alternatively, I can offer a pick of my own with James' 4.3 and I'm thinking 8.2 or 10.2 should be enough.

There might be a problem with this one as our (James and mine) trade would then be my Choo (4th round) for his 3rd round pick. Don't know if it would be allowed for him to trade his 4th prior to our trade then, but we'll see what the commish says

I don't like this trade because I don't think it's complicated enough. Please attempt to add another layer or 2 of complexity, if possible.

In all seriousness, I'm inclined not to allow the trade as proposed, due to the issue you bring up. Bombadils doesn't have a 4th round pick to trade if he's keeping Choo.

Let me think about this a bit, and I'd like to get Anthony's input as well.

Here's the complete trade that arch sent me:


The trade would then go like this:
-James gives his 4th round pick and I give Jim to that manager for his 3rd round pick (James has early 4th so it might not be too far away)
-That would leave James with two 3rd round picks and no 4th round
-I trade him Choo for one of those 3rd round picks then
-He gets to keep his 3rd round + Choo as keeper in 4th, I get to have two picks in 3rd and one in 4th and the third party degrades their 3rd round pick to a 4th round pick and have ie Jim as a keeper

It did occur to me that this was a possibility.

This is the only possibility I can see.

Now they just need to find a 3rd team (not gonna be me, got the 1st pick in the 2nd rd ).
